Terms and Conditions for Inkd Cosmetics – Semi-Permanent Makeup Services

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of semi-permanent makeup services offered by Inkd Cosmetics, located at Lady Luck, The Stalls, Balcombe Place Stables, Haywards Heath, RH17 6AZ (hereinafter referred to as "the Artist" or "we"). By booking a service, you (the "Client") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Booking and Appointments

Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. A booking fee is collected from each client and is both non-transferable & non-refundable under any circumstance.
If you are more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment this will result in your appointment being cancelled, in which case your booking fee will be lost and you the full treatment cost charged - there are no exceptions to this policy under any circumstance. If you fail to show or forget about your appointment you will automatically lose your booking fee and automatically be charged the full treatment cost.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

There are no cancellations or changes allowed within 7 days of your scheduled appointment. To amend or reschedule your appointment contact me directly on 07389 853 570.

Should you choose to cancel or reschedule your appointment within the 7 day notice period the full treatment cost will become chargeable.

4. Service Description

The Artist provides semi-permanent makeup services as described on the https://www.inkdcosmetics.co.uk/ and during the consultation.

5. Client Consent and Medical Considerations

Clients must disclose any medical conditions or allergies that may affect the treatment. Patch testing- If you would like a patch test, please contact me to book a 5 minute appointment a minimum of 48 hours before our scheduled appointment. This is not mandatory, I will give you the option to waive your rights to the patch test in the consent form.

6. Age Restrictions

Clients must be 18 years or older to receive semi-permanent makeup services.

7. Aftercare

Clients must follow the aftercare instructions provided by the Artist to ensure the best results and minimize the risk of complications.

8. Results and Touch-ups

Results may vary based on skin type, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare instructions. Touch-up sessions, if required, are typically scheduled 4-6 weeks after the initial appointment.

9. Liability

The Artist is not liable for any unforeseen results or complications that may arise post-treatment.

10. Privacy and Data Usage

By claiming a voucher and entering lead form information, you consent to Inkd Cosmetics contacting you via email, calls, and texts. To cease receiving communications, please contact us at [email protected] or 07389 853 570, and we will remove your data from our system. Personal data provided is used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
